Instructor Jessie will share her fierce fire for the Lord in the Bible study, and continue to share encouragement and positive words while pumping you full of positive music! Who said christian music has to all be hymns?

Fuzed Yoga – fuzing traditional yoga postures and movements with the creator

of movement, God himself. This class focuses on a personalized spirit, soul, body

transformation with each session by applying scripture and Godly affirmations.

Flex – muscular strength and endurance training using weights and bands to

maximize physical results. Scripture, popular Christian music and prayer are key

components of this workout.

SitFit – cardio + strength + flexibility utilizing a chair for support. Great spiritual

encouragement and accountability. No matter who you are, you will feel it!

FITT (Fuzed Intensity Timed Training) – Our version of HIIT (high intensity interval

training) – an efficient format for burning calories and challenging the body’s

systems within personalized heart rate training zones while increasing strength

and stamina.(dynamic movement + (cardiorespiratory exercises x time) +

(muscular strength/endurance exercises x time) + flexibility + relaxation +

meditation on God’s word)

Flow – steady continuous movements choreographed to hand-picked Christian

music using postures and poses to increase strength, balance and flexibility

(dynamic movements + pilates + yoga + flexibility +Biblical relaxation)

Fuzed Silver Sneakers (FSS) – to serve the 65+ population with age appropriate

training principles and personalized modifications for special conditions to

improve functional living. (dynamic movement to warm up body + strength

movements + balance movements + cardio movements + flexibility movements +

relaxation and meditation on God’s word)

Fuzed FitKids – your little warriors will love this short, interactive workout! The

class focuses on raising up God’s spiritual army through movement and scripture

and proclaiming His power! Implement as a P.E. credit three times a week or just

for fun! (ages 4 -5th grade)

A Look At Boxing Fitness Classes

One of the best ways to get an amazing body, dramatically improve your fitness, and increase your ability to fight off the devil, is to join a Faith FUZED boxing class. This is one of the most intense sports that will help to shed any extra pounds, since you’re always moving. Most fitness classes based on this sport, mimic the exact training that professional boxers go through.

First of all, you will need to get fit and increase your cardiovascular health. As a result, the number one exercise boxers do is jump rope which not only improves their reflexes but improves cardiovascular health and stamina. Jumping rope is particularly simple, however, it is very challenging when done in a HIIT fashion, along with various tricks such as double unders. This is a full body workout that engages the abs, legs, arms, shoulders etc. Skipping is typically done as a warm up for most boxers and a good warm up routine may include 10 minutes of skipping, 25 pushups, 25 crunches and 40 squats.

Additionally, you can also expect a significant amount of bag work which includes punching and kicking the bag in specific combinations. This type of work is extremely taxing on the body and is quite intense, leading to a high calorie burn. Footwork drills are also common since boxers need to have fast feet in the ring.

In our workout sessions we will work with you personally providing positive feedback and encouraging scripture and music.
