The roadmap for our lives is written in the living word of God. We enjoy giving encouragement through the words of our Father during our workouts.
Putting emphasis on being women and men of God in all the things we do is why we began this journey. This is a way for us t o recognize and act on the faith we have in Jesus.
We work on the heart, not just keeping the muscles of your heart strong and healthy. We work on where your heart is with God. It isn’t our place to judge you. You have a place here with us as brothers and sisters in Christ Jesus. To pray with you when you are hurting, and to rejoice with you in your triumphs!
