We have written and designed with our workout programs with our devotionals in mind by our local trainers.

Coupled together they will give you our way of fusing your exercise goals with your spiritual wellness.

So then, just as you received Christ Jesus as Lord, continue to live your lives in him, rooted and built up in him, strengthened in the faith as you were taught, and overflowing with thankfulness. The verse of the week is inspired by popular authors like Max Lucado, Lysa Terkeurst, Beth Moore, and Priscilla Shirer; just to name a few. Fusing these devotionals with our workouts is the foundation of our Fitness Programs.


We enjoy giving encouragement through the words of our Father during our workouts. After all, the roadmap for our lives is written in the living word of God.

Work/Life balance

Putting emphasis on being women and men of God in all the things we do is why we began this journey. This is a way for us to recognize and act on the faith we have in Jesus.


We work on the heart, not just keeping the muscles of your heart strong and healthy. We work on where your heart is with God. It isn’t our place to judge you. You have a place here with us as brothers and sisters in Christ Jesus. To pray with you when you are hurting, and to rejoice with you in your triumphs!

Meditation in nature…

God is everywhere in all things. So in Our workouts we will teach you exercise routines that you can take with you where ever God is with you.
