Our Cardio classes combine the uplifting music with our Spin and Boxing group classes. We also start off with devotionals designed to intertwine our workouts so that our mind is focused on the Father.
Our Strength group fitness workouts focuses on body weight strength. We encourage each other with devotionals and workouts that can be done without an entire weight set, so you can continue to dive deeper at home.
The Yoga Group Classes will ease your mind, and refocus you to the will of our Father. in a relaxing class you can let go and take hold of God’s love for you.
