Strength Programs - Faith Fuzed Fitness


One of the most Empowering classes we offer.

The Bible is full of powerful scripture about strength, and we use that as our muse in these classes.

We offer weight classes, or body weight strength classes. the weight classes are great if you have access to a gym at all times, but if you want to  tone up from your home, our body weight strength classes would be the perfect place for you.

Indoor cycle class to improve cardiorespiratory fitness and muscular endurance motivated by Christian music videos.

Fuzed Yoga – fuzing traditional yoga postures and movements with the creator of movement, God himself. This class focuses on a personalized spirit, soul, body transformation with each session by applying scripture and Godly affirmations.

Flex – muscular strength and endurance training using weights and bands to maximize physical results. Scripture, popular Christian music and prayer are key components of this workout.

SitFit – cardio + strength + flexibility utilizing a chair for support. Great spiritual encouragement and accountability. No matter who you are, you will feel it!

 FAITH OVER FOOD + FITNESS CAMP   (January 10-March 5)
Small group meetings tackling the struggle of faith over food by embracing the truth that we all ultimately crave Christ.  Nutritional education and a quick workout also included.

FITT (Fuzed Intensity Timed Training) – Our version of HIIT (high intensity interval training) – an efficient format for burning calories and challenging the body’s systems within personalized heart rate training zones while increasing strength and stamina.(dynamic movement + (cardiorespiratory exercises x time) +(muscular strength/endurance exercises x time) + flexibility + relaxation + meditation on God’s word)

Steady continuous movements choreographed to hand-picked Christian music using tai-chi, yoga and pilates postures and poses to increase strength, balance and flexibility.

 F.I.G.H.T.  (Faith-Infuzed Group HiiT)
Resistance bands for strength training and kickbox cardio create the ultimate blend of interval training empowering spirit, soul and body.

Treadmill and indoor track interval cardio training with a scriptural focus.  Learn personal target heart rates and how to capitalize on fat-burning zones to maximize results.

Fuzed Silver Sneakers (FSS) – to serve the 65+ population with age appropriate training principles and personalized modifications for special conditions to improve functional living. (dynamic movement to warm up body + strength movements + balance movements + cardio movements + flexibility movements + relaxation and meditation on God’s word)

Fuzed FitKids – your little warriors will love this short, interactive workout! The class focuses on raising up God’s spiritual army through movement and scripture and proclaiming His power! Implement as a P.E. credit three times a week or just for fun! (ages 4 -5th grade)

Weight Training Class

Come pump some iron with our personal trainers of Amarillo. These weight classes will challenge you to exceed your expectations. while also still encouraging your walk with God. We will give you tools and scriptures to strengthen not only your muscles but also your faith!

Body Weight Strength Classes

Our strength is from the Lord, the maker of Heaven and Earth! We will be using our bodies as resistance while focusing our hearts on God. Our regiments can be used anywhere you feel God.

Strength Fitness Tips For Success

Start with our body weight workouts or calisthenics and then advance to our weighted fitness programs. You can try out squats or pushups just as an example of some calisthenic exercises. Take advantage of equipment such as dumbbells, resistance bands etc.
Workout with Faith Fuzed Fitness 2 days every week and increase the frequency with time. Certainly, you don’t want to shock your body with extreme exercise. Try out 20 minute exercises and increase the time as you progress.
Before you start any body weight exercises, or any exercise for that matter, you should always warm up to prevent injury. This can include running in place, using the treadmill, jumping rope, using a stationary bike etc for at least 5 minutes.
If you want to gain the right resistance with your strength training program, you need to determine the right weight to be lifting. You should choose a weight that’s heavy enough to challenge you without sacrificing your form.
Once you’re done, don’t forget to refuel using carbs, water and protein for easier recovery.
