Start with our body weight workouts or calisthenics and then advance to our weighted fitness programs. You can try out squats or pushups just as an example of some calisthenic exercises. Take advantage of equipment such as dumbbells, resistance bands etc.
Workout with Faith Fuzed Fitness 2 days every week and increase the frequency with time. Certainly, you don’t want to shock your body with extreme exercise. Try out 20 minute exercises and increase the time as you progress.
Before you start any body weight exercises, or any exercise for that matter, you should always warm up to prevent injury. This can include running in place, using the treadmill, jumping rope, using a stationary bike etc for at least 5 minutes.
If you want to gain the right resistance with your strength training program, you need to determine the right weight to be lifting. You should choose a weight that’s heavy enough to challenge you without sacrificing your form.
Once you’re done, don’t forget to refuel using carbs, water and protein for easier recovery.
