Tips for Building Strength Success…
- Know what muscle you are supposed to be working, focus on contracting this muscle. Be mindful in the decision you make daily, take it to Christ if you’re it sure what to do!
- Get plenty of protein to help those muscles grow! To grow in your relationship with Christ you need to fuel your mind with the word of God.
- Make sure you have adequate rest days. Even God rested on the 7th day.
- NEVER SKIP STRENGTH TRAINING! NEVER SKIP A DAY IN GODS WORD!
