Being more flexible reduces pain/soreness after exercising and your posture and balance may improve. When you increase your flexibility, you’ll find doing everyday tasks to be easier, especially if they involve a lot of bending and stretching.
Perhaps the best thing about doing sessions is you’ll relieve stress and as time goes by, you’ll have an easier time dealing with stress. When we surrender to the Lord in our quiet times, we can truly hear his voice and his plan for our lives. It also helps with anxiety, so if you’re an anxious person, then doing a few sessions throughout the week can help. It is known for helping those with depression too.
When your overall mentality improves, so does your energy levels. You won’t feel as mentally exhausted as you normally do. You might be surprised how much better you feel, and how much more connected to God you will be in these sessions also.
